There can be well over 100 failures of basic activities (and opportunities) that are unearthed via the systematic function / business review. Using our standard template we log all items, assign responsibility to their conclusion, and classify them as ‘immediate fix’ or ‘larger problem or opportunity’. Additional information includes whether or not the item has been concluded and if not, an estimated completion date. This tracking log is available to customer management.
